While all-arounder Michael Bracewell, making his comeback to international cricket, will captain New Zealand during their Twenty20 International tour of Pakistan, Tim Robinson, who has not yet earned a cap, is expected to make his debut as a batsman.
Additionally chosen is speed bowler Will O’Rourke, who won his debut earlier this season in both Test and ODI cricket.
After breaking his finger and rupturing his right Achilles while playing for Worcestershire in the T20 Blast in June, Bracewell hasn’t represented New Zealand since March of last year. He just achieved a career-best 8 for 41 to win the Plunket Shield.
Nine players have been playing in the IPL Will Young has signed an agreement with Nottinghamshire abroad; Tom Latham is expecting his second child; and Tim Southee was left off the roster to give himself more time to recuperate from his home season. These players will not be under his management.

Given his reputation as a respected leader who has led Wellington and the New Zealand A and XI sides, we believe he will be a great fit to guide the squad in Pakistan.
Robinson, a twenty-one-year-old who has no caps, has joined the squad. With 298 runs at 59.60 and a strike rate of 187.42, he finished second in the Super Smash run-scoring competition. Against Otago, he scored 139 runs off of 64 balls.
Although Tim’s domestic career is still relatively early, Wells noted that this season saw a clear demonstration of his inherent skill and explosive power. Apart from his outstanding fielding, we believe he has a skill set that works well with the format.
Will’s early efforts in every event he has played in for the Indian squad thus far have us ecstatic. On this tour, he will get a fantastic chance to put his skills to the test in novel situations.
